BoardPAC was the only Sri Lankan company at the two-day event, which was held at the Wanderers Club, Johannesburg.
The Premier Corporate Governance conference 2015 organized by the Charted Secretaries South Africa (CSSA) was attended by a distinguished audience of Directors, Company Secretaries and delegates from leading companies in South Africa. The Conference features presentations and panel discussions from regulatory representatives and distinguished business leaders to share their experiences in their areas of expertise.
